Hotel is older but fine, the casino is also pretty basic, they only have 1 cashier station, and it has just 2 lines. If you have a high ranking players card then those lines give you priority service. This was my first time to this casino so I did not get priority service, but apparently the high tier cards are easy to get since I waited in line for ages and watched 11 people jump ahead of me due to the higher tier cards. Certainly made me feel like a lower class citizen although I play mostly higher stakes. I do not like this system at all and is enough to where I will not come to this casino again when other options exist.
Awesome newly remodeled room! One of the best wheelchair accessible hotel rooms I have stayed in, ever!The only negative, the mattress is almost unbearable. So many good things about the room...but what do you mainly use a hotel room for? Laying in bed watching TV, and sleeping. So yeah this is a pretty big X.If this was addressed, it would be the best stay away from home ever.
There wasn't a microwave in the room. Not much for room service. They didn't offer any kind of laundry services. No where to get things you forgot to bring or like distilled water. No breakfast no amenities at all really. Definitely not worth the costs.
Good luck talking to anyone at the hotel. I called a handful of times and got nowhere. When you actually talk to someone it's at a call center and they never have good information. You ask for the front desk, and all you get is "why?" I don't understand why they interrogate me for wanting the front desk. Why, why, why... then once they finally push you through there's no answer. It's 2300 and there's not a soul at the front desk to answer the phone? Why do I have to beg for service? I'll take my money across the river.
I like a lot of things about this place but I'm just not a smoker so it's a little hard for me to endure while I'm gambling but I know there's a little bubble box you can go into the smoke-free but you feel kind of restricted on your choice of machines but is what it is. I just scored a couple hours at a time. Great service...
