The room was pretty clean looked nice & modern BUT had the constant damp feeling. That was a big negative. The shower had some mold/mildew on the ceiling but pretty mild. Even though this is a casino they could have at least something for kids. Great nightly price but really stinked they only cater to adults.
I was a little worried after booking since I didn't read the reviews until later, but honestly, we had a great experience. The room was beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very attentive and courteous. Parking was not too bad, maybe since it was a Sunday. We will definitely continue to visit. We stayed here a few times in the past 2 years. The rooms look amazing! We love it. Since we only stop here for the night, I can't comment on the rest of the hotel. Although the inside of the hotel is nice. The staff is always friendly. We only have 2 complaints. The toilet rocked at the floor on two different visits in two different rooms. We informed the front desk. The other thing is the AC. When it shuts off it makes a loud clunking noise. So to "fix" that, we turn the fan to on instead of auto. But other than that, this is a nice hotel.
A Nice hotel and casino. Hotel rooms are very nice and updated plenty of lightings. Plenty of machines at location. Bunch of restaurants and also a pizza place inside in the back of building on the 1st floor which is a plus for me. Service is always good and everyone is nice. Waiters were attentive while I was on the casino floor. Nice outdoor pool area to relax. Also a weight room. Overall, I find this to be the better casino spot. Doesn't smell like smoke inside like the other casinos and you don't have to wait for a machine. Definitely visiting when passing through more often. Thanks for the service and hospitality.
Greedy greedy greedy. If the slots were not bad enough.. check out the balcony "river view" room we got. Caesars is just one big joke. Can't win anything.. No accountability for this business either.. We lost a pretty nice ring in our room and they didn't do ANYTHING. They said they would take care of it, but of course they didn't. Not a call, not a single thing other than classic corporate bs of lie to your face and say "don't worry we will take care of it." Love that it's companies like this that make it big in America. 🇺🇸
