Our stay at The Cosmopolitan exceeded expectations! The hotel is stunning with modern design, breathtaking views, and a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of amenities. Housekeeping came daily and did a thorough job—everything felt fresh and well cared for.There are tons of on-site restaurants and bars, which made it easy (and fun) to stay in. We loved the Chelsea Pool—great atmosphere, excellent nachos and drinks. The Chandelier Bar is a visual treat and the cocktails were delicious. We also visited the spa, where both the massage and facial were outstanding—definitely worth the price. Wicked Spoon Buffet was pricey but totally worth it for a flavorful, unique breakfast, and Secret Pizza was a fun, casual lunch stop.Location was ideal—centrally located and easy to access both indoor and outdoor walkways. Parking and check-out were a breeze.A few highlights: the baggage valet was a wonderful bonus, and our bellhop Gregory was phenomenal—friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful.The only downside was one interaction at the front desk. While check-in was overall efficient and staffed well, the music in the lobby was so loud we could barely hear the check-in agent. Later, when we had a question about the mandatory deposit, the staff member we spoke with was curt, interrupted us, and seemed unwilling to listen or explain. It was frustrating after a long day of travel.Still, the rest of our experience made up for that one hiccup, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend The Cosmo to others.
Really enjoyed our stay. Don't have any faults from what we wanted to do. Concierge was lovely and check in/out team were friendly. Location was perfect, close to everything. Has on site pools and nightclubs. Plenty of different food options for all with a wahlgreens across the footbridge for something more affordable. Loved our stay will be back again.
Just got back from the Cosmo and definitely will come back! I had a fountain view suite and the view of the Bellagio fountains and strip was amazing!! I sat on the balcony every morning/night to soak up the view. The room was very nice, and housekeeping came by everyday to clean and give us fresh towels. The cons- it was really noisy at night since the strip was right there. The bed was firm and some of the pillows were flat and lumpy. When we checked in they said the room wasn’t ready and 5 min later we got a text saying our room was ready. The restaurants/bars were really good! I liked the uniqueness of the hidden bars like barbershop, ski lodge and ghost donkey! The casino deff gave me the night club feel and it was fun sitting at the chandelier bar every evening. I like the location and that you can walk right to the Aria and Bellagio from the walkway. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and promise you won’t be disappointed!!
We stayed at the Cosmopolitan on May 19th, and it was an absolute delight! The rooms were incredibly modern, spacious, and luxurious. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. We opted for the fountain view terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had no issues whatsoever with our reservation, and we were thoroughly pleased with our stay.
Amazing stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It's our second visit since 2019. We were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. A lovely receptionist, Jawad, attended to us on our arrival and ensured that we were happy with our room reservation. Our room fridge did not work, and again, reception ensured we were given a replacement. A stunning suite with a perfect view overlooking the Strip and Bellagio fountains. Floor 55. Centrally located hotel with the best speakeasy bars, fine dining, excellent pool amenities. It really is faultless. Very attentive service throughout, lovely clean room and hotel reception areas. Very friendly happy staff. 10/10
