The worst hotel experience despite their efforts of remodeling. We have stayed at hotels with casinos and smoking is everywhere but most hotels especially when they know most guest will have to travel with kids do their best to make sure common areas where kids and family walk through have less smoke. Their ventilation is better to reduce as much smoke circulating.This hotel, check-in is in the center of their casino, so just waiting around we all are breathing the smoke and no ventilation whatsoever.Room space was decent but the king bed looks like a queen. Bathroom lack cleanliness. They provided a small face bar soap with no dish to put it on and I assume we can use it to wash our hands so we did. The shower, had mold on the shelf where we would put our owe essentials.Thank goodness this was a first and last stay for us. It was an unplanned trip for a basketball tournament memorial weekend. Rate was cheap but sometimes thatβs was you pay for.
Honestly this place is great. They booked us last minute, I think the desk clerks name was Donna that checked us in, Great Customer Service. Informed us where everything is located within the resort , what the live entertainment was going to be that evening, directed us to the elevators to access our room. It's been a great experience I will definitely stay here again.

At first it seemed like the players club had a lot to offer; good player rewards but after the first couple visits and a good amount of money spent, it mirrored Legends casino with nothing but empty promises for comps and Freeplay. Most of the time the players card didn't work in the machines. Another disappointment; crossed this one off my favorite casinos list.
This hotel is very nice. For smoking allowed in the casino area(& outside only), the smell wasn't horrible. We were traveling with our toddler and not once did we have to walk through a cloud of smoke. Everyone was respectful, the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The only "grievances" I had, was how narrow the mini fridge was. It's meant for snacks and canned beverages. Not meant for leftovers or large bottled drinks. There isn't a way to reheat your food in your room. I'm not sure if there's a way you can. In some hotels, you can go down to an area to microwave food. I didn't see an area like that. As far as we know there isn't a complimentary breakfast either, etc... There is a nice restaurant, "Hannah's" I believe it's called, inside the hotel. Close to building parking goes very quickly. They do have parking lots surrounding, that you don't have to pay for. It was overall a nice stay.
One of the worst experiences ever. The promotion was for a "free" grilled cheese sandwich. My husband and I reach our points, so we decided to eat in the restaurant. We were seated immediately, but that's where the wheels fell off. After 20 or so minutes, we got water- but no waitstaff. After about half an hour, a waiter from a different section came over to see if we had been helped. He took our order. Then, crickets. We were there over an hour and no one checked back with us and we didn't get any food. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but there were literally only three other occupied tables. We left and I asked to see the manager at Customer Service. He couldn't have cared less.His first question was to ask if we had paid! Paid for what?! We got nothing. Definitely do not recommend this place.
