My family and I had a wonderful experience! The rooms and hotel were beautiful and we felt it was well worth the price. I do wish that the casino had a more distinct non-smoking section as everywhere in the casino seemed to smell like smoke to me, but we don’t gamble much anyhow.Hot tub and staff were AMAZING.
The pool staff was super helpful with places to eat, shop, good areas to live etc. They told me how they love their jobs. Must be a great place to work! We were here for a long weekend for job interview and looking to relocate to the area. Everyone was helpful and kind. Cleaning crew was excellent and they kept the room clean and stocked. Pool is warm even if it's a cool morning. We loved our stay here. Also, it's within a short drive to the airport. We didn't use the shuttle bc we rented a car but there is availability to take shuttle back and forth. I also saw in the hotel where you can check your flights and print your tickets. Very convenient.
I rate casinos not based on how much money I walk away with but rather every other reason I come there. With that said. If you have some out of towners with you. You can't miss an opportunity to hit this spot. Great rooms. Great food. The spa is next level and the staff run it like it's a prime spot in Vegas. People who take pride in each facet of their business deserve a lot of credit & as someone who can appreciate that, I give all the accolades
The Peppermill saved the end of our vacation. Our original airbnb had rodents and the Peppermill was able to fit us into a super last minute reservation on a holiday weekend. Completely unexpectedly our room was also upgraded. The facilities were clean, updated, and inviting. All the staff I encountered were professional and attentive. Already planning my next trip back!
My friend and I booked a massage at the Tuscana Spa in Peppermill—our favorite spa in town—and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Our appointments were at 3 PM, but we had the whole day to enjoy the amenities. While we were a bit disappointed that the caldarium was closed, we made the most of it by heading downstairs to relax in the pool and hot tub.I booked the birthday package, which included a 50-minute massage and a pedicure. During my pedicure, they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cupcake and a drink menu—I chose a mimosa, of course! Nikki gave me a fantastic massage that left me feeling completely relaxed.One of the things I truly appreciate about this spa is the separation between the men’s and women’s areas—it adds to the sense of comfort and privacy. The snacks and lunch we ordered were a nice bonus, too.I’ll definitely be coming back again!
