The system and or connectivity that the casino uses is frequently " down" much too often here. On multiple occasions I have found myself standing at the desk at guest services waiting for them to do something simple like redeeming a mailed offer.Today I went to use my food comps & free play, but was informed that their entire system was down and there was no way to redeem free play or points throughout the whole casino.With as much revenue as they get, you would think that they would get with the times and install some fiber optic cables to use for their intranet or address whatever software/hardware issues they are experiencing. New server/CPU/more RAM etc..With the geographical location of this casino being sort of on the outskirts of town I am no longer going to be coming here, due to the amount wasted time I have experienced standing watching someone at a computer screen looking confused and super anxious because something out of their control is holding up one of their customers while a line continues to build longer.

They are friendly people and when you go in all the time they get to know you do well that they bring you your drink before they ask you. It's really cool to go in a place and they remember you no matter what shift you go in there.
I’m not a gambler but I am a foodie. They have excellent affordable breakfasts. The staff are respectful and it’s a clean cafe. I suggest anyone coming in from Dayton or going east on 50 to stop by and grab a bite!
