I used to love coming to this place even though the staff can be a bit moody. I still absolutely LOVE everyone that works here except for one night security guards. Don't know his name but the big guy with glasses. He's a real pain in the... And I'm not the only one that thinks so I comprehend the rules but they're not an excuse to be rude to or pick on customers\paying guests. I mean if an ID is MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE then don't let in some people that don't have them and harass others, just be the same with everyone. He's ran off several good people with and without identification and it looks like I'll be abandoning my long time favorite place to blow money as well... Win or lose I just like to spin so I hate that I don't go often anymore. It's just no fun to play when you don't see familiar faces or there's such a bad attitude with the first person you encounter (security) that your mood falls and losing is inevitable.... It makes me just not want to play there at all...
Fabulous interaction from the inside staff. Had the man that owned and/or managed it been grouching the whole time, the people that were employed might have been a lil bit more attentive. Not to me but to the vagrants stealing all the money off the machines.🎹Word to the wise if u hire some one to do something allow them time and capacity
