I have been eager to visit the new Lucky Palace. The space was beautiful. The columns have been decorated to resemble bamboo.The bathroom was spacious and clean.The service team was attentive and checked on us regularly.The Orange Chicken was delicious.I will definitely go back.
Great atmosphere. The slots are a little tight compared to what they used to be and you can hardly find a waitress to get a drink when you want one. There's a few things that need improvement by far. But overall it's a good place to go if you want to have a good time.
Friendly and professional front desk. Room was clean and comfortable bed with cold air which are my required basics. Great view from the fifth non smoking floor. Slots were a little tight compared to other out of state slots but great overnight stay with a great band for your entertainment. Ended the evening with a delicious cup of salted caramel ice cream in main lobby. Fun time!
Went there and was having good time until I ate food was Great 5 stars but don’t know what kind of game waitress was playing., Blonde whole woman waitress, I got and paid cash for nachos ..Gave her a 5$dollar tip plus a valid 45 cent machine receipt., Food was under 20 Dollars and had 2 dollars returning change .. was going to give to waitress but she act like she couldn’t bring my receipt nor change .. I had to ask for receipt, she says owe I old you 2Dollars I took it because my vibe was just thrown off by her. I leave eating bar and a Black floor manager calls me over , I am at an machine looking at her , I say yes, you gave the waitress this expired food voucher , I saidNo ma’am that is not nor was mine you’ve gotten wrong person .. She gets attitude yes this is you .. I said no I paid cash and described what I had given waitress . I leave machine and walk inside area .. The white one comes out to say I told her wrong ! And that was other lady .. Now I expected the one that had wronged me to come out and apologize but she didn’t ., So I won’t be eating there anymore !! Left a bad taste in my mouth for being accused of doing something I did not do !!
I'm a truck driver. they model that casino .very beautiful. But sad to say I want be going back anymore. They have no truck parking. Like they had in in the past. I just want to know what happen, to the truck parking 😫
