Relay Station in Shreveport, United States, is primarily known as a casino, but it also features a deli offering food options. Based on recent user reviews, the overall experience at Relay Station appears to be quite varied, with a significant lean towards negative feedback, particularly concerning food quality and customer service.
Amidst the criticisms, one reviewer offered a refreshingly positive perspective. They highlighted that there are "always nice people working" at the establishment. Furthermore, a point of praise was directed at the cleanliness, with the "bathroom was spotless." In a stark contrast to other comments, this reviewer also found the food to be "delicious," suggesting that experiences can differ greatly.
The majority of user reviews, however, raise several key concerns that potential visitors should be aware of:
For those primarily interested in the casino aspect, some of the aforementioned issues might be secondary. However, if you're planning to dine or expect a friendly, accommodating environment, it seems prudent to adjust your expectations. The significant discrepancy in food reviews suggests that experiences can be highly inconsistent. It is advisable to be cautious, particularly concerning the deli offerings and the condition of the parking facilities.
The service is definitely not top tier with the exception of one exceptional employee named Denise. But besides that not only is the food terrible, but the price for it (without a drink) is ridiculous! Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. But you have been warned.
Sure nuff, the cashier is extremely rude, I guess they have a bad clientele around here. The food was terrible, the egg rolls were inedible.
Always nice people working. The bathroom was spotless, and the food was delicious!!!
Yuck I had chicken tenders from the deli. Dried up hard a brick even the dog wouldnβt eat it. I guess as long as the owner is making casino profits thru donβt care about the store or parking. If you decide to park here accept all responsibility for your own actions. You might lose a tire in a pot hole or your front end from some sand box.
On 10-14 2024 the young lady working night shift 7:44pm was rude to me even though I was asking saying please and thank you. I will not be back to this store and I work in the area so my money will be spent at a place with hospitality.
