The Casino staff were so amazing to us. We brought some residents from a nursing home, and staff were very kind and accommodating.Other local places REEK of smoke, this place has great air flow and didn't smell of smoke. They have many machines and they all seemed to be in working order. Patrons would leave a mess and staff were good about following up behind them to clean up.Staff also seemed to communicate with each other really well, they seemed happy to be there.Drinks were reasonably priced at the bar, and waitstaff on the Casino floor were very sweet.I highly recommend this casino compared to other local options. Can't wait to return.
For a Casino Property I was surprised. Kind of depressing. As if they have figured out every possible way to shave costs without regard for the customer experience. Food quality wasn't great. There are enough food options but so often when we went to look for something it would be closed. Hotel is in dire need of updating. Staff attitudes were not terrible. Just so so. It was a disappointing. Was there with a group event and made note to self - never come here on purpose.
Everything was nice and convenient. The reason it gets only 3 stars is that it was so dirty and dusty. As I walked around, I couldn't help but notice how messy and dusty the place was. It made me wonder if the housekeeping/cleaning crew was on strike.The service was top-notch. The poker room staff was some of the best. The dealers on the floor were also good. The cage staff were very kind and polite. They did a great job of letting know where everything in the casino was located and how my card worked and the benefits that come with having a card.I would return to this casino. But they need to do a deep clean.
I will start with the cons...The air was not great in the room. Limited tv channels. Did not like having access to ajoining room. It was noisy. There was a concert the restaurants had limited menus that they don't tell you about. The food was still good. No warm breakfast options.Pros it was clean I felt safe loved that I had access to everything I needed. They shuttle for concerts for a fee. The casino was nice even though I didn't win. Check in check out was easy and friendly. Not hard to get to.
Hotel and hotel room was great! Eating establishments offered a variety of food and tasty. Casino was great with the exception of the evening we arrived. At 6:14p we went to customer service to check our Penn cards and the 2 individuals, especially the young man, was exceptionally rude when assisting us. We have never been treated that way.Other than that, our stay was great.
