Casino Maroñas, situated in the picturesque city of Atlántida, Uruguay, serves as a prominent entertainment destination. Primarily a casino, it attracts a diverse range of visitors. Based on recent patron feedback, this review aims to provide a comprehensive and informative overview of the establishment.
The feedback for Casino Maroñas presents a distinct dichotomy. While many patrons laud the hospitable atmosphere and the helpfulness of its staff, significant concerns are raised regarding the performance of the gaming machines and the consistency of service, particularly concerning payouts and problem resolution.
Casino Maroñas offers a rather polarized experience. If you are seeking a casino environment with a generally welcoming feel and a place to spend some casual time, the friendly demeanor of many staff members and the availability of machines might appeal to you. However, if your primary motivation is serious gaming with an expectation of fair payouts and consistent, helpful service for any machine-related issues, it would be prudent to manage your expectations. The consistent feedback regarding low payouts and inconsistent staff support suggests potential frustrations for those focused on the gaming aspect itself.
The carpet is very nice, the staff is very friendly, I felt very supported at the time of losing as well as at the time of my incontinence episode, it is not easy to leave the machine! Ha. What a great time, beautiful one at the door.
Spectacular machines always active, good for spending time with the family and having a little fun.
Super nice Nuevo Centro casino. Also very friendly with the attention of the staff. I didn't win anything 😂😂 but anyway I'm satisfied
I liked this place...but really the machines don't pay anything or it's always to the same people. There are some employees who serve very well who are clearly private staff of maroñas, the courtroom prosecutors (state employees) serve poorly and have zero willingness to help when the machines do not work correctly or when another problem arises. Many people hit the machines, they see it and don't say anything. They wash their hands and don't care about the customers we frequently visit. There is also no one to complain to...since everything comes to nothingThey don't make me want to keep going. This way they will lose many customers.
"ZERO STAR"Space is tight for so many machines. At times it is difficult to move within the premises. The officials are "malacara" with zero availability for attention. The slots with the % success rate completely locked. $1000 playing x2 or x3, it lasts approximately 3 to 5 minutes per machine (I have timed it). BONUSES that pay you "$0", never seen before. To try to stay 1 hour, you need "silver cakes." DISASTROUS!!!!
