When ever I come to Alice I always stay here, it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are inviting and everything you need is right there. Prices are very reasonable.
A very comfortable hotel with good facilities though furnishings in need of update. Some reception staff were inept and slow. Long waiting times when our group arrived even though it was all prearranged? Enjoyed the restaurants, food and service excellent. One day our room was not made up and had to ask twice for clean towels. Loved the pool and spa but some maintenance definitely required on decking boards as well as slippery tiles.
I've only gone in here to pick up fireworks for i belive Territory Day. My experience buying fireworks was easy.
I love the heat. As well there are so many great attractions within a short drive.
