Had loved this place but when there earlier I was having an emotional moment and had a slight cry. The security guard who had always conversed with me previously, told me that I should leave and that “me crying would be a bad look for them”. It was an incredibly disheartening moment, especially feeling vulnerable and feeling that communicating this with someone would be a safe space, not to react in that way. I would not recommend anyone to come to this venue.

I am a frequent customer here but this night left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I was there around 12am with my girlfriend and she had a moment where she felt scared and uncomfortable. She made no hassle nor drama and moved to a far table when she began to feel anxious.The security guard came and told her that she should leave, without her doing anything remotely to warrant that, apart from feeling uncomfortable and moving privately. He said quote that she was making them look bad. It was horrible to witness. I will never come back if people are treated that way by the 'security guards' who are supposed to look after them.

I have always enjoyed my time there, and the overall service has been excellent.However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered with a particular staff member named Erold On two separate occasions, I have had negative interactions with him, which I feel should be addressed.While the rest of the staff have been pleasant and professional, Erold behavior has been consistently rude and unhelpful. I feel that he lacks proper customer service skills and has not handled situations well when a customer is dissatisfied. His attitude comes across as grumpy and unfair, and I have felt singled out and even bullied during our interactions.As a paying customer, I believe it is important that all patrons are treated with respect and courtesy, and I don’t feel this is being upheld in my dealings with Erold.I strongly believe that he would benefit from customer service training to better understand the needs of your clientele and improve his approach to customer interactions.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that you can take appropriate action to address the situation.
