Bed are very comfortable to sleep. However casino is really horrible showing racism to non Thais , we were a group of Indian nationals on our way to Siam reap spending 2 days in this hotel . The casino manager Mr Wah is very unfriendly towards us , perhaps we were Indians n no big roller in the casino , we ask to open table game but he simply refused to do so giving excuse no dealer , how could a operating casino have no dealers to function, somehow we felt we are not welcome here at all! We will not return here anymore and will announce you to our network about your casino ways of operating !
