Nice big hotel. Big wide lobby. Good rooms. Delicious food. We had dinner there all the days, though in the room. Good cars with driver available.
It is a beautiful hotel with a great fusion of modern architecture and Nepalese art and woodwork. It's a 5 star hotel.but unlike the others, which almost have the same feel. The Deluxe is spacious and great for a couple or solo. They host events and have great grounds for any function. I also got a chance to visit Everest, which is the presidential suite, and it really is befitting with all the details to make it private, cosy, and "at home." It has a gym, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a private kitchen and lift. Overall, the food, whether buffet or à la carte, is excellent, as is the service. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful.

The lobby and reception desk is bigger and spacious. It has a conference room for holding meetings. Outside the hotel is a lawn where wedding receptions can be held. The hospitality service of this hotel is good. However, had visited this hotel, but not stayed in it. Overall, a very good hotel for staying, dining & relaxing in Kathmandu.
The place to stay if your travels bring you to Kathmandu. Although the structure is somewhat older, it’s well kept, with various on-side dining locations, spa offers, spacious rooms. Most excellent, helpful and friendly staff, felt welcome from the moment setting foot onto the property (gated). The rooms are older but nice, clean and comfortable.
