Regarding the treatment recently I have experienced at sky city casino was disappointing, we were approached by 7 security guards who forced us to leave the premises due to an incident last week were they assumed 1 of our friends were intoxicated which was not the truth.They then proceeded to issue me a letter of 2 years ban to not come back to the casino which is highly Unfair, Sickening & offensive. They have no right to go off false accusations.We asked for the manager & got told I am the manager by kyle (badge number) E48441 who was rude & unjust, he judged us and accused us of something he has no idea. He had no valid reason.Please be aware, no one deserves to be treated like a dog when you have done nothing wrong and innocent, karma is a nasty come back & I hope you all deserve what comes your way!These are the gaurds that were unfair & rude :-Kyle E48441-William Penn E5094-I dont know his name but the 3rd person is theguy in the 3rd Frame on the right with the sourface!

First and foremost THE BED!!! IS LIKE HEAVEN. So spacious and comfy. Did not want to leave the room because I didn't want to miss a second of comfort 😂 room was great couldn't fault anything at all. Shower was awesome mabey a slip mat for inside the shower tho. Breakfast buffet at Fortuna was delicious. Me and partner loved it so much we've decided to book at least once a month for date nights 😂.
Ableist. Wider build male refused to let member of our party in due to back injury. After evidence of medical treatment he still refused entry. Horrible experience. Truly discriminating and would not recommend.
