All the restaurants were packed to include the food court on the fourth floor. Parking will also be challenging. So make sure you carpool with others to save space and time.Their rest room is clean and the staff is accommodating. I did not rate their room as my family and I didn't stay there for a night.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue. It's a brand new luxurious hotel casino spa. Anything you can imagine and across the street from this hotel is the brand new SM Mall. That's like the biggest mall you can imagine. It's a great location. Yeah you got to check this place out. I mean I'm telling you it's deep.
DTI alert!! Nustar Resort and Casino is sending out a very deceiving promo through text messages to its Nustar Rewards members. Last May 2, my daughter received a text message from Nustar Resort and Casino for their Dine and Delight promo which stipulated that patron was entitled to a 50% discount on the total bill with a minimum bill of ₱3000. at Il Primo or Mott32 outlets. We made reservations for May 5 at Il Primo for 7:30PM for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Reservations was confirmed by Tricia (who according to Vem were not allowed to divulge their last names for privacy purposes while they had all our data) and a reservation email. Last night at Il Primo, after getting settled, we showed the text message for Dine and Delight promo offer (as directed by Tricia during reservations) only to be told that that promo will only allow us to pay with reward points to avail of the 50% off. They said it’s in the T&C which we found out meant Terms and Conditions of which no link whatsoever was provided to us. That birthday celebration turned very sour and upsetting from the very beginning, thanks to Nustar’s deceiving promo policies. Since it was rather late to move another restaurant that was not at Nustar we ended up staying but very upset. Apparently one customer among the many irate customers was threatening to sue Nustar. They should be penalized for deceiving many unknowing and innocent patrons. Not worth going back to at all.
