Cake for our Visitors who celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary iat OkadaStaff from the entrance are so Pro MaxEverything was control by the Tablet inside the room up to checking out...They can also book you grab so fast downstairs.Restaurants are so good and they have play ground for your adult and children..Be careful on their Private Bar if you remove the items for 60 seconds beyond it will automatically charged on you hahaha. so read read read but Nespresso and coffee are free though.Would definitely come back !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a night stay at one of the suites of the hotel, which was essentially 2nd in 2 years. Great experience with no strings attached. Very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient 20-30 minute drive from the hotel to the airport. Given the opportunity, we will come back to this hotel. It's considered one of the best, I believe.

We encountered several issues even before check-in. I initially booked a Grand Family Deluxe Room via Agoda, shown to be for four adults, but upon confirmation, it became valid for only two. Because of this, I upgraded to an Executive Suite Double — thankfully, a better choice.I requested early check-in ahead of time. A staff member told us to check in at 1:00 PM, so I assumed that was confirmed. But when I registered at 1:00 PM, they said they’d text or email once the room was ready. By 2:00 PM, there was still no update. They kept repeating that regular check-in was at 3:00 PM. Even at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn’t ready. This was all happening on my son's birthday — his actual birthday — and nearly the whole day was wasted.When we finally got our room (past 3:00 PM, almost 4:00 PM), it was a smoking room. We discovered the bathroom door wouldn’t fully close, but we were too tired to ask for a change and just settled in.We ordered a birthday cake, but when we were ready to open it, we found there were no candles. We had to wait again just for that.At check-in, staff said we could check out at 1:00 PM due to the inconvenience. I requested a 2:00 PM checkout, which the staff acknowledged. Yet the next day, just after 12:00 PM, someone knocked on our door asking what time we’d check out. This showed poor coordination and came off as rude.No one really assisted us until the last minute. I watched others get their key cards while we were still waiting. What was supposed to be a special and happy day became extremely stressful. Thankfully, my son stayed cheerful and just kept running around.I haven’t filed a formal complaint yet due to my schedule, but I wanted to take the time to share this experience.
