I've gone here quite a few times before. It use to be an alright place to just let loose and hang out with friends while playing some slots. That was like 3 years ago. A time where there were regulars just escaping the real world to enter into a video slot fantasy. Nowadays it's just hard to find a machine that doesn't have credits on it. Especially the ones where the progressive prize is at a high mark. I can understand if people were just there trying to get the top prize, but there is nobody at the machine. Just credits. And if you watch closely, there's a scheme. A system where much of the casino staff are involved in. There is a select group of people who put credits in those machines and then walk away while their buddies play the remaining ones. And whatayaknow, no machines available yet 7 or more seats are empty. So if you watch closely, there are people giving money to the staff to keep those machines "reserved". But if YOU want to play two machines at a time and you're not in the "in crowd", the staff will very rudely demand you to cash out (real experience). Yet the other machines that are empty are occupied without any problems from the staff. There is a group of people where they all know each other by name. Once I went to the restroom and one of the staff logged me out with about 400 Pesos still in there. Another time I asked what was the reason why all the machines have credits on them, yet most are not being played. Then the staff member called another. The staff guy appeared to be helping me, but I found it strange he didn't yell out for the person who had credits on the machine I wanted to play. He instantly went to these two girls in regular clothes and spoke to them. One girl went over to one of the machines and cashed out and then put the ticket into the one next to it. I sat there with 500 in my hand and felt unsettled about what was going on here. Especially after seeing one of the girls slip the staff member some Pesos. I then just walked out in which I can tell you will be forever. There is no more familiar faces here. Just random people pushing their luck just because there's a casino there. And the only regulars now is this syndicate that has developed in this casino. If this place is not losing money, I'd be very surprised. But then again, you can't even avail a free drink without being given the cold shoulder or pressured into giving a tip.And I'd like to let people know that there are loan sharks here. My cousin got caught up with one in the same place. Too bad for the addictive personality, because she is now in debt of over 3 million. I recommend to anybody who for some reason sees this place which is connected to Eurotel and feels like playing......just walk away. Or just go to one of the bigger casinos like Solaire or Resorts World if you must. Club Tropicana in Las Pinas is like a crime scene.

House rules... no bringing of drinks.. not even printed on the doors house rules. When ask where its printed they cant show me any details. Staff are incompetent and rude.
