Service is definitely top-notch; I had direct conversations with the managers and they're more than willing to listen. Morning buffet is varied enough even though they don't change the menu on a daily basis. An area for improvement is their bathroom kit/amenities which I expect to offer separate shampoo and conditioner, makeup removal pads, and a clothing iron. My triple bedroom is spacious and comfortable for 3 adults.

The buffet was a highlight—great variety and tasty options to choose from.When I had an issue with my room, the staff was flexible and quick to help, which I really appreciated. The location is also super convenient, and the private bridge to the beach is a big plus—it’s great not having to cross a busy street. A comfortable and enjoyable stay overall!
Love the hotel. Plenty of services for you to fully enjoy your vacation and the service quality is pretty good. The location is ideal for walking to the beach with the bridge for pedestrian only, so it's much safer than crossing the street. The room is nice and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast offers a large variety of food from Vietnamese, Western, and Eastern cuisine. All of the dishes are delicious and I always get too full to enjoy all of them. Staff are polite, professional, and friendly. I and my family especially enjoy the conversation and service of Mary Lành. Not only her professional barista skill that give us delicious morning coffee and tea but we also appreciate her warm welcome and passion with the talk. Her bright personality really makes my day!Overall, I enjoy my vacation at Imperial Hotel and am pleased with the service

It was amazing. Pool was great,it was very clean. Beach was very relaxing and service throughout the hotel was so luxurious. Room service was once a day. Rooms were beautifully designed to be comfortable, cosy,welcoming,and modern. The staff were Lovely and welcoming. Overall it was so superb. I am definitely going to come back sometime.
