Very nice casino. We have played in many places around Vietnam and It’s quite enjoyable. The staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a great places to spend a few hours on a rainy day. Service is 10/10 and very easy to navigate if you only speak English.
Absolutely shocking experience, don’t believe the reviews, they try and entice you to give a five star review to get a free bit and then they don’t give you the money which was a free bet, I’ve never had such rude service and such a shocking casino. Please do not go here
I played in 5 casinos in Da Nang and Felix is the worst. It’s hard to win in their machines. Maybe because they’re renting a whole floor in Novotel. The best is Club Seven Dragons it’s easier to win there.
